I'm very grateful for your comments, and it is an issue that I have considered. Most people would not wear a cheap perfume even if it smelt as good as one that cost 10 times more.

However my stance on this one is a little different. The internet is pretty much saturated with hypnotherapy recordings and I feel that yet another site that sells cd's or downloads will not make much impact. Remember I am not offering a personal service for free, merely some pre recorded sessions.

People can try these without any obligation. I feel a lot of people will never try hypnotherapy if they are paying for the unknown. Would it not be a real shame if so many people were missing out because of this?

There is also the fear factor. Many people have a fear of hypnotherapy because of the scare stories that are reported in the media about stage hypnosis. These people, I feel, are also alienated from hypnotherapy because of poor information. I hope to show some of these people what a simple and safe therapy it really is.

The aim of my site is to help people feel comfortable with hypnosis, and discover how safe and effective it is. That way they can build up the confidence to be prepared to pay for the services of a hypnotherapist.

Some people may visit my site and think that the material is not of a high quality because it is free. That is fine. They have the option of visiting a site that charges for these sort of recordings, or visiting a hypnotherapist. However there are many thousands of people who regularly use this site, and we receive many comments of what a good service we provide - and the numbers are growing all the time. Many of these people now have hypnotherapy and meditation in their lives that would not have done so otherwise.
